Treliant is hiring an ambitious HR Coordinator to support its rapid growth.  This is a permanent role which is 100% remote.

Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Provide support in various HR disciplines, which may include Talent Acquisition (see details below), new hire on-boarding and assimilation, employee relations, training and development, performance management, off-boarding resources, internal communications, employee engagement and HR operations.
  • Support day-to-day internal communication with employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related inquiries.
  • Support human capital reporting and analytics.
  • Build and document standard operating procedures.
  • Support temporary staffing to include background, contract extensions and employee relations.

Talent Acquisition:  

  • Supprt Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews for candidates and internal employees.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify, attract and hire appropriate talent for open requisitions.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team by conducting initial phone screens and presenting candidates to Talent Acquisition for consideration.
  • Facilitate background checks and conflict of interest forms.
  • Manage applicants through the hiring and on-boarding processes.
  • Advise candidates on position details, salary, work environment and benefits.
  • Update and track reports for recruiting methodologies, candidate placement and employee retention.
  • Perform other Talent Acquisition duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience as an HR Coordinator/HR Business Partner.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional recruiting environment.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization.
  • Must be adaptable to a dynamic work environment, comfortable with multiple competing demands, able to deal with frequent changes, delays or unexpected events in a calm and logical manner.
  • Proficient in iCIMS, Cornerstone, ADP, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer, Powerpoint.
